Please read these before you book. When you book, you'll confirm you've read them.
Payment and rescheduling
Your $1,000 payment reserves your private 90-minute session and is non-refundable. If your plans change, you may reschedule to another available time with at least 24 hours' notice. Your payment transfers to the new appointment, preserving your commitment. To arrange a new time, email me at shawna@adifferentnormal.com.
Life can bring unforeseen circumstances. If something arises that affects our plans, I'll consider it on a case-by-case basis and work with you toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
What follows the session
Within three business days of our conversation, I'll send you What Became Knowable, my written reflection. With your reflection, I'll send a private link to book your complimentary 30-minute follow-up, two to four weeks later. There is no additional payment for the follow-up.
Recording
I record our conversation on Google Meet so I can stay fully present with you and revisit it privately as I write your reflection. The recording is for my private use. I'll confirm with you before we begin recording.
